Crank Peach Florida LLC was established in October 2005. It has links with several realtors (real estate agents) in Florida, both in Orlando and on The Gulf Coast. Trading as Gulf Coast Florida Villas the new company seeks to introduce prospective purchasers to the Florida Real Estate market, particularly for those seeking second homes suitable for vacation rental.

The business hopes to expand in 2007 to offer vacation rental and management for properties on The Gulf Coast. If you are an existing Florida home owner or would like to know a little more about our services, please let us know.

Crank Peach Florida LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Crank Peach & Co and has registered offices in Bradenton, Florida. From the UK, Crank Peach & Company partner Paul Crank coordinates all enquiries and can personally assist the potential purchaser locate the right agent and/or property and/or set up inspection flights etc. Paul is one of the founder members of the Association of International Property Professionals (AIPP), a recognised professional body based in the UK which seeks to uphold the highest standards in respect of international property transactions / advice. Paul is also an International Member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) the recognised professional body for estate agents in the USA.
