Lisa is the backbone of our busy Disley office, ensuring our customer care and presentation remain unrivalled.

Her background is formidable, running the Administration and Compliance department for Reeds Rains Estate Agents before becoming Branch Manager of Bury and Hilton in Ashbourne in 2003.

Her wealth of experience and organisational skills are assets and as branch Sales Coordinator is responsible for maintaining our impeccable success record, liaising with solicitors, surveyors and estate agents to successfully guide our sales and lettings through.

Lynne Brown – Sales Manager – Whaley Bridge - lynne@crankpeach.co.uk

We are delighted that we have persuaded Lynne to return to Estate Agency, having been “the face” of Burlings in Disley for some 7 years before taking a long earned break! 

Lynne brings with her a wealth of estate agency experience and is well known for her strong inter-personal skills and ability to match the right people to the right property.

Living in the village, she has a wealth of local knowledge and is known to so many people.

Working closely with Lisa at our Disley office, she will be a major asset to us both in Disley and the High Peak.

Mark joined the partners in the role of Senior Sales Negotiator in 2004 having spent 3 years with Bridgfords, where he was a highly respected Sales Negotiator.

Mark is recognised in the industry as a hardworking, well organised and thorough professional who has moved from our Disley and Whaley Bridge offices as a Senior Sales Negotiator to Office Manager at High Lane, his promotion being well deserved.

His dedicated and personable approach has lead to an impressive sales record. An ambitious team player, Mark hopes to become a partner of the business.

Tracy has recently joined the High Lane office to head the Crank Peach Lettings department due to launch in January 2008, bringing with her almost 5 years of experience in the Lettings and Property Management industry firstly at Edward Mellor and then more recently at Kings Residential.

Tracy passed the ARLA Legal Comprehension Level One exam in 2003 therefore enhancing her knowledge in this field.

If you have a query regarding Lettings or Property Management then Tracy’s the person to ask as she has the experience, training, resources, contacts and skills to deal with any eventuality!!

She is keen to make the department a success and is capable of leading the way with this new venture!! She looks forward to meeting both new and existing Landlords and Tenants alike.

Jane Kirk – Office Manager – Hazel Grove - jane@crankpeach.co.uk

The partners are delighted to have retained Jane as part of the acquisition of Simon Elton Estates in December 2006.

Jane has been in the estate agency business locally all of her working life, some 23 years, and has spent the last 16 years as Simon’s right arm, known to so many people in the Stockport area for her bubbly personality, her straight forward and professional approach and her ability to empathise with customers and clients, skilfully matching their property requirements.

With such experience and local knowledge, she will remain the anchor of the office.
